Mind ..........why does it make distance from others

Human mind is complex but understanding it is necessary to improve quality of your life.Here I talk about fear of accepting the importance of other people in our life.Mind does not want to accept that it needs anyone as significantly as it needs itself.Hurts and presumed hurts suffered on the path of life make human disbelieve others .Life becomes a fight or struggle for existence where even blood relations are perceived as competitors.
Mind starts making distance from others even though living with them every moment.Bodies of human beings live together but no connection between their hearts exists."Alone in a crowd" is a harsh reality of today's human life.Relations are not more than dependence upon others for physical needs.Money and sex are the only reason people build new relations or sustain old ones. Both sides know that they are together for some selfish reasons.Empty hearts even forget to feel.They see everyone as a resource or likely to be resource.Life becomes mechanical for them.
Such a person can not feel life.Being able to think and being able to feel are synonymous.One with out the other makes people dead.
If you see people smile yet you can not differentiate b/w a fake and true smile,how can you say that you can really "see"?It certainly needs something more than mind to do so ..........

Respiratory Alkalosis

A rare disease arising out of alkalinity of body which itself is not found commonly in human beings.Leaving aside the medical terminology, let us know that the emotional people who care more for others are always prone to this disease and such people are very few in number .If you come across one , please ask them to take care of them and get treated as they never understand their own hurts as significant and keep taking care of others .

Several things may cause respiratory alkalosis to occur. The primary cause is hyperventilation, which may stem from various medical issues. For instance, any type of lung disorder that causes shortness of breath can trigger this event. This includes, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or a combination of these disorders labeled collectively as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). However, hyperventilation may also be caused by severe anxiety, panic attacks, experiencing fearful situations or phobias, or even in response to fever.

The most common symptoms of respiratory alkalosis are dizziness and feeling a tingling sensation in the fingers, toes, or face. Sometimes, the hands may tremor. In addition, some people may experience nausea and/or vomiting. In extreme cases, the muscles may twitch or spasm to a state of tetany, which produces severe, involuntary muscle contractions. Occasionally, symptoms may progress to the point of causing mental confusion or stupor and, in very rare cases, coma.

Draculian person around ...........character sketch of human vampires.

People are of 3 types...good,bad and just human tilting between good and bad .Bad people emit wrong and harmful vibes and make you lose your energy for their pursuit.Like a Dracula they live on attention provided by others.
A typical Draculian person...appears to be a sensitive person who can express himself to his near ones in times of need that a good person or human can not do because of a kind of self respect and hesitation to disturb others .You will think him to be a person who is transparent.But you are wrong.Gradually you will find out that he is a manipulative person who can act very well to misrepresent things before others .Infact he never cares for others.You will hear him {if he allows you as generally he hides himself from close observation of others)talking to people and expressing the need to get their affection and help as he wants.He can tell white lies very boldly .His fertile mind produces so many lies all at once that you will be overwhelmed with emotional choking if you come to live even one day with him.He can sell off every thing belonging to him whether his body or soul to get money and power.He /she can get physical with every woman/man on Earth if she/he allows .He has no emotions as can be heard from his monotonous voice filled with a characteristic dryness,a certain aggressive salesman kind of voice who keeps on insisting to buy his product until you disconnect the phone.
He has no relation with anyone else but himself.God forbid ,he can sell off his mom and dad's cosy moments if he needs money and such an MMS can bring him money.A brother ,sister,wife or kids noone matters to him as he is here for his own pleasure only .He plans ,plays games just to achieve his targets.His mind is never at rest,always evaluating and seeking way outs to fulfill his desires.His desires belong only to physical plane-power,money and sex.Ethics,morality or religion all seem baseless to him.Whatever is called blasphemous ,appeals to him.He would tell you things that you do not want to listen to and what you really wish to know will never be exposed to you by him as it would end his game altogether with you.He tries to hide himself behind the veil of objective thinking which is just his way to prove that he is a normal wise person who does not want to let emotions interfere with reasoning.Objective thinkers have roots in spirituality or some other science that makes them rise above the emotional plane that makes them suffer when they feel and empathise too much with sufferings of others.When one has no emotional plane how can he claim to rise above it.It is a ladder and steps can not be escaped to rise above. So beware these people are present in the society around ..........they will suck all your energy and leave you dried like a log of wood.You can notice that you feel tired after interacting with them,a kind of emptiness enters you after they leave your place.Save yourself whatever relation you hold with them,you can not get anything from them be it affection,support,good advice or anything that you yourself provide to others being a human.Rather you will start wandering like them though unable to follow them being a human unable to be so cruel to others.You will be filled with negativity of regrets,confusion and emotional turmoil.Life is to be lived with peace so secure yourself and live creatively.Just run if you meet them........or you will regret through out your life for the loss of your vital energy.

Death.........

Death

Death is an ink that makes disappear the words of life,
The building of life is vacated,
Moments Before getting disappeared, faces and images are quickly touched by the consciousness
Getting stopped in the moments that were meaningful,
but it is not permitted to do so for long hence marches forward,in the desire of living once again,
trying to regain what it ignored in the darkness of ego,but in vain,

Uttering some implicit ,unclear words in the language in which a human talks to himself,
words that are incomprehensible for everyone else,
known only to the one dying and to one who gives life, if he exists,
what else can be listened to except the sounds of consciousness that was made dumb throughout life
every moment spent is reflected in the mirror of life,
time that was not spent as it deserved,
regrets that were felt in the forest of solitude
are now experienced before everyone amongst the falmes of breaths coming out,
the extreme of pain is felt,
the emptiness is indescribable that drowns the self as if in a blind ocean,
it is only that viewers can not understand what is going on
throughout life man tries to hide,
at the last time, death plays the same game .

Shocks.....what causes them?

Shocks are body's reactions to unexpected stimuli present in the environment .The more sensitive a person is ,the more chances of being shocked and vice a versa .
Shocks have two origins.One when a person is not at all flexible to accomodate what he does not want to listen to or happen to ,about self ,is presented with information of arrival of undesired events causing or likely to cause direct harm .Behind it lies inability to expect harm for self which is more of cowardice in nature .

Second one is the reaction of body when it finds those it trusts doing the unbelievable and unacceptable though may be appearing not directly hurting to it.Here the person who is flexible to accommodate self according to the needs of his or her close people finds it extremely tough that after doing so much he/she is finding that the scenario presented before his/her eyes was just an eye wash and thus he/she did efforts at own cost that were not needed to be done on his/her part.Here the intentionally misleading or incomplete knowledge provided to the doer creates wrong impression and thus manipulates the person.Here the decisions taken by the person are questioned which were taken in good faith and thus cause stress for the person who has already exhausted its mental and emotional resources while empathising with the particular near and dear one in good faith.Thus it acts as a double edged sword that cuts off the supply of vital energy to the brain while the heart finds itself already overtaxed after making efforts at own cost .Hiding of vital information,lies,frauds,cheating,infidelity all are the reason of such shocks.

Shocks are tough to tolerate as the first ones kill instantly and the second ones kill gradually.Infact noone wants to be in loss willingly,by nature.Hence when such circumstances are revealed that bring a news that a person has suffered a loss, that person experiences the shock.The first ones mentioned above being more related to materialistic losses while the second ones being more of emotional and mental losses.In today's world how many people are not causing shock waves for others?The desire to feed self at the expense of others and attitude of irresponsibility rather cruelty and selfishness towards others are the main reason behind the shock giving acts in case of second type of shock while the first type of shocks emerge more out of cowardice to face adverse circumstances .

Life is like a glass full of water

Life is like a glass full of water .It never gets emptied if you can see minutely .But illusion created by mind does make it appear as if life is passing on and on.It is more like a train running on the track where the passenger feels as if everything is running behind at a high speed though except the train everything is stationary in reality .Thus only racing/ running minds that carry us most of the time as we are unable to differentiate between mind and the real self are creating impaired vision where things are changing at a high speed.This creating fear of losing control over life and resulting in origin of desire to control the environment including people and events in some people while in others this creating fear /over remembrance of loss of all those who are loved by them . If one can control own mind , one can realise that nothing changes ,everything is the same and still positioned where it was .Only the outer form of people/things disappears to which one feels attached (now that is a law of nature to keep human mind entrapped and thus keep the world go on ) but the inner form never gets changed and remains all around us as it used to be .What gets changed in reality is the image of the object and not the real object.Once we start to see the inner form of things all our fears get dispelled .In fact it is the skill that is required to be mastered by a living being in order to know the ultimate truth behind life.

Silence

Is it necessary to talk all the time?
Words are so very necessary in life but the power they give to send our message to others has somewhere made human lose the power to receive.Look around and nothing except wild noise is heard.Does it show somewhere that depth of life is lost in this age of machines and advancement because depth lies in pauses we take in between our conversations,the way we blink our eyes,the way we try to pronounce the words.Or does it show people are least interested in attending to what others say and more interested in getting attention from others.
Endless chats.Much hullabaloo about nothing.Why?
Is not it an unsuccessful attempt to fill the lack of peace and love in our lives?Silence speaks more than the words..........
